Unmaking Things is a blog originally set up in 2011 by a cohort of students on the MA History of Design course run jointly by the Royal College of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum. Each year the blog is archived and passed on to the next year of students. We are the students from the 2019 course intake, making this the 2020 blog. Our course runs for 15-18 months and has had a pretty interesting and unprecedented time with entering lockdown halfway through our first year.
We decided to use this blog as a way to tell some small stories from our experience of researching through this year of pandemics, lockdowns, and protests. We hope you will join us on our journey.

EDIT: Unfortunately we are having technical issues with the archive but hope to resolve this issue soon, apologies for the inconvenience.
